Smoked Muhamarra
Muhammara is a Syrian roasted red pepper and walnut spread — beloved across the Middle East and increasingly sought-after by specialty food buyers. Ours takes it further. We cold-smoke the roasted red peppers low and slow before blending — the same careful process behind every Fume-eh product. Then we add toasted walnuts, balsamic vinegar, and cumin. The result is a spread with real depth: smoky, a little sweet, richly nutty, and layered in a way that's genuinely hard to put down. It earns its place on a charcuterie or mezze board, under grilled lamb or chicken, spread on warm flatbread, or alongside roasted vegetables.
