We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Where are you located?
Our showroom and warehouse is located in Vancouver, BC (just minutes from downtown Vancouver). All of our gift baskets ship from our Vancouver location.
What carriers do you work with?
We work mainly with UPS, Purolator and Canpar. For local deliveries within the Greater Vancouver area we work with local courier companies.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Once the order is received and processed, it will ship the next business day. Order processing is generally done on the same day.
During the months of November & December, please allow 1 -2 extra days for shipping. We will always do our best to ship asap.
How can I track my shipment?
As soon as the order is processed you will receive an email with the shipment schedule confirmation and a tracking number for all UPS, Purolator and Canpar shipments. For all other deliveries done with our local courier, you will receive a delivery confirmation once the driver has done the delivery. You will also receive a notification for all fail deliveries. Fail deliveries generally occur if the driver arrives and nobody is home to receive the gift, there is not a safe spot for the driver to leave the gift, driver has no buzzer code to access the building and they can't reach the recipient on the phone. In that case, they will try to re deliver the next day, once they get in touch with the recipient and can make sure someone will be there to receive the delivery or arrange for an alternative address.
When will I receive the tracking information?
Once the order has been processed and shipping has been scheduled, you will receive an email with your tracking information. For all orders placed in advance, please keep in mind that we can only produce the shipping waybill 10-15 days in advance depending on the shipping company.

Does the price of your gifts and baskets include delivery?
No. All gift baskets listed on our website do not include delivery charges. Delivery charges vary according to the size, weight and delivery location. During the ordering process delivery quotation are provided prior to completing the order.
Do you ship your gifts internationally?
*** As of August 29 2025, The U.S. de minimis exemption for commercial shipments, which allowed goods under $800 USD to enter duty-free, was suspended for all countries on August 29, 2025. As a result, we have ceased shipping to the US for the time being. We will continue to monitor the situation and update as circumstances change.

Yes, with the exception of fruit and/or wine baskets which are only available in the Metro Vancouver area. As an FDA registered company we regularly ship our products to the United States. For other international destinations certain food items may be restricted. Pacific Basket Co. will check customs information for those countries before shipping overseas. For destinations outside Canada or the USA please contact customer service directly.
If I place an order today, when will it ship?
All online orders received before the 1:00 PM PST cut-off time will be shipped the same day. Past that time we will ship the following business day. Once you have entered the destination address online, you will be given delivery option for the destination area. You can also place an order to be delivered at a later date.
Can you ship to P.O. boxes?
Yes. Deliveries to PO boxes will need to be shipped with Canada Post. Orders shipping to a PO Box or rural areas might incur an extra fee or additional transit time. Please keep in mind that occasionally, these packages might be handed out by UPS or Purolator to Canada Post ( If shipping in Canada) for final delivery. Rural Areas are typically defined as Postal Codes containing a number "0" as the second digit. Ex: V0N 1S6
Can I use my own shipping company/account?
Most certainly. We are happy to ship any of our products using your courier of choice or under your own account. We work with Purolator, UPS, Canpar, Fedex and Canada Post. For all other services, please contact customer service for more information.
What happens if the recipient is not at home to receive your delivery?
The driver will leave a notice and attempt delivery on the next business day. It is up to the discretion of the driver whether it is safe to leave the package without a signature. In the case of apartments, if the driver is unable to gain access to the building, the package will be returned to Pacific Basket and additional shipping charges will be applied to re send it.
Will I receive a confirmation that my gift was delivered?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email directly from the courier (Canpar/UPS/Purolator) confirming your order has been delivered. Local couriers are not able to provide this service.
I already placed an order but need to make some modifications. How do I do that?
Contact us asap. Once the order is placed and shipping has been scheduled, if any modification needs to be made, this might affect the delivery time. We will always do our best to make sure this does not occur.
Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?
Yes, during the ordering process simply choose pick-up as the delivery option. Your order will be ready for pick up on the date selected and you will also get a notification as soon as the gift is ready for pick up on the desired date.
Orders are generally ready the next business days. Please keep in mind that during the busy Holiday months of November and December it can take up to 3 business days.

Throughout the Holiday season, additional processing time may be necessary to prepare orders. The website will provide available ship days prior to final checkout.
IMPORTANT
Local courier is a same day service only available in the Greater Vancouver Area. Other courier services (UPS, Purolator, Canpar) will be picked up on the date selected and transit time is ADDITIONAL. Transit time options will be shown after the delivery address has been entered.

You have selected December 2nd for shipping with our Local Courier. Your order will be picked up and delivered on December 2nd.
Example #2
You have selected December 2nd for shipping with Purolator / UPS / Canpar. Your order will be shipped on December 2nd and transit time will be additional, depending where your order is being delivered to. Edmonton, for example, is 2 business days so this order would arrive December 4th.
