If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your product we invite you to review our Return and Refund policy. 

If you would like to return a gift we will gladly do so provided that the gift basket / gift box / specialty item has not been opened, and all contents are in the same condition as delivered. Gifts must be returned within 30 days from the day the gift was delivered to you. Shipping charges are non refundable.

If any damage to a product occurred during transit, you must report it within 3 days of delivery along with photo evidence. This will be used to file a claim with the shipping company and goods will be replaced as soon as possible.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Please follow these instructions prior to shipping your gift to us.

  1. Contact us to obtain an RMA form and receive return instructions. You will be required to email your RMA form for any return. 
  2. Attach the form inside the shipping box with the product you wish to return.
  3.  Package and ship your return.

Note: You are responsible for making sure that the product are returned to us in its original condition and packaging. 

REPLACEMENTS

If you received a defective product please contact us and we will work with you on the next steps and replacement options. 

LOST OR STOLEN SHIPMENT 

If you suspect your shipment was stolen before you received the package or it has failed to arrive, please contact us. 

REFUNDS 

Gift cards are not refundable. 

To complete a refund we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
