What's your minimum order for branded merchandise
For most products there is no minimum quantity required, with the exception of custom leather keychains ( min 25 units).
What file format do you need for my logo?
For the best print quality, we recommend providing your logo in vector format (.AI, .EPS, or high-resolution .PDF). If you only have a raster file (.JPG, .PNG), our team can review and advise.
Can I see a sample before placing a bulk order?
Absolutely. We can provide digital mockups.
How long does production take?
Production times vary depending on the product and order size. For small orders with personalized ribbon, the standard turnaround is one business day. Please note that during busy periods like Christmas, production may extend to approximately 72 hours—even for smaller orders.
Do you offer design assistance?
Yes! Our design team is happy to help resize your logo or create a layout for your branded products at no additional cost.
What if my logo doesn’t work well on a certain item?
We’ll always advise you if adjustments are required, and our team can recommend alternative branding placements, colours, or techniques to achieve the best outcome.
