At Pacific Basket Company we ship our entire line of gifts and gift baskets from Vancouver, British Columbia to all addresses and cities within Canada and the USA.

Our cut-off time for same day shipping is 11:00 AM (Pacific Standard Time) excluding Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. Additional time may be required during busy holiday seansons.

Delivery time is one business day. If we ship your gift to Vancouver today, it will be delivered via courier tomorrow. For all other areas, see Fedex Transit Chart at the bottom of this page.

Please note Fedex Ground Service is not guaranteed to residential homes. In the event that no one is home when Fedex attempts to deliver the package, a notice will be left. Fedex will attempt two other deliveries and if unsuccessful the package will be returned to Pacific Baskets. Additional shipping charges will apply if we need to resend it.

In the event that the shipping address provided by the customer is incomplete or the receipient has relocated and the gift needs to be re-directed, Fedex Ground charges a service fee for the re-direct. We in turn will charge the customer this fee.

Gift baskets shipped within British Columbia, Canada - Standard Ground Service - from CDN$9.99 + GST

Shipping charges to other areas outside B.C - Standard Ground Service - from CDN$12 + GST

RURAL AREAS:

Rural Areas are typically defined as Postal Codes containing a number "0" as the second digit. Ex: V0N 1S6

For all shipments going to rural areas in Canada add 1 to 3 extra days. Orders shipping to PO Boxes will be sent via Canada Post.
